It will tell you in the multiplayer window whether the server is out of date or not; if so, it will be highlighted in red. Also, it is currently impossible for us to be on 1.4.7. There is no Bukkit build .. not even in development: Latest Bukkit Build as of 1-14-13 at 6:55 PM EST #2593 1.4.6-R0.4 Development Build We'll update as soon as a 1.4.7 development build is released!
