LaZy__Sp00nz27 Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 Shit happened in my life yesterday, my cat (who i have had since a kitten) got a blood clot and has no control of the lower half of his body (it is a heart disease he has) he has a 50% chance of living so if i am acting hostile to anybody on the server i do apologise now. If any of you have or had a pet that passed away or got really sick you will know how i feel. I just wanted to let everybody know in advance just incase if i do anything wrong so you know. I am ok now with some little bits of good news we are getting, but if i get bad news i will lose it, i am just playing minecraft a lot to try and keep my mind off of it so i think it would be fair to let you guys know. Anyway this was just to let you know about how i am feeling so if i do act hostile just give me a couple minutes to calm down becuase with my cat's condition and how close i am to, he is like my brother and even if he does recover he will be at risk for it to happen again. I've had a mother and daughter pair of golden retrievers pass within the last year--and you know how emotionally attached that type of dog is... I even delivered (helped birth) the daughter when she was born. They both passed under less than pleasant circumstances: cancer. All I have to say is keep the emotions away from recreation. If you recognize that you start getting abnormally angry, please go AFK for a few moments and take some time to breathe, drink a glass of water, etc. Hoping he either fully recovers or goes peacefully. The vet said on Sunday he was sitting up and eating a bit and wanting attention, which was good, but the last bit of good news. On monday his heart problem was solved, but his kidneys were not working properly. And finally today Me, My mom and my cousin that lives with us went in to say our final goodbyes. Too many organs in his body were shutting down and we did not want him to suffer anymore so we put him down. R.I.P Ozzy September.8.2008-March.19.2013 He had a bigger than life personality and the only thing that could stop him was himself. Shaw_ShankD Posted March 20, 2013 Share Posted March 20, 2013 I'm sorry for your loss Lazy I know what it's like to lose a pet that I'm close with as well but I think you and the rest of your family did make the right choice there is nothing worse than to see a beloved animal suffer.
